• Developed Jeopardy style computer game show to enhance learning in a fun environment.

• Certified by the Pace Group to conduct diversity sessions designed to promote greater understanding of others, understand group behaviors, and counteract the negative effects of stereotyping. Conducted ten two day sessions resulting in improved company cohesiveness, morale, and coordination.
